Fitness
My Fitness writing on training, supplements, recovery, and staying healthy as an adult performer. SFW posts and gym content.
Fitness on this site is editorial more than scene. The gym is part of the job — recovery, energy, longevity, and the camera-day version of all three — and the writing in this corner of the catalogue covers how I actually work it, not a sponsored-looking program someone emailed me. The bar is "useful for another performer", not "looks good in a feed."
My fitness section pulls together the long-game side of the work: training schedules built around shoot days, supplement choices that earned the slot, and the mental-health half of "staying healthy as a creator" that the gym posts on most sites pretend doesn't exist. The blog is the primary surface here — start with Staying healthy as an adult creator and my supplement stack and the rest of the fitness writing reads off those.
This category indexes the posts, not scene pages. There are no explicit links on this page; the writing is SFW and meant to be safe to share. If a particular post has a companion behind-the-scenes photo set, the link is at the bottom of the post itself.
What you can expect: present-tense, declarative writing — what I actually run, what I actually take, what I actually train — with zero "experience the next level of" register. If a sentence could appear on a SaaS landing page, it didn't make it in.
Browse the creator-life category for the business and day-to-day side of the same writing, or the behind-the-scenes category for the on-set companion content. The full blog index lists every post in date order; the fitness threads cluster around the supplement and performer-health entries.
