Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of slypanorama.com (the "Site") operated by Sly Panorama ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

The Site is intended for adults. You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and that accessing adult-themed promotional content is lawful where you are. Although the Site itself does not publish sexually explicit material (see our § 2257 Statement), it promotes adult content hosted on third-party platforms.

2. License to use the Site

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, reproduce, scrape, or redistribute Site content except as expressly permitted;
• use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content, in violation of our robots.txt;
• impersonate Sly Panorama, any co-creator featured on the Site, or any other person;
• misrepresent the source of content or the relationship between us and any third party;
• interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Site;
• use the Site to violate any law or the rights of any other person.

4. Intellectual property

Except for content owned by third parties (including co-creators featured on partner pages), all text, images, graphics, layout, and code on the Site are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. The "Sly Panorama" name and brand are trademarks of Sly Panorama; all rights reserved.

5. Co-creator content

Pages on the Site that feature other creators ("co-creator pages") are published with that creator's written permission under our partner-agreement program. Co-creators retain ownership of their name, likeness, and any photos they provide; we use them under a limited, revocable license. Removal requests from a co-creator are honored within 48 hours — see our DMCA / takedown procedure.

6. Outbound links and third-party platforms

The Site links to third-party platforms (such as OnlyFans, ManyVids, Pornhub, LoyalFans, MintStars, RedGIFs, xHamster, and social-media services). We do not operate or control those platforms; their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them. We are not responsible for content, age-verification systems, payment processing, or any other aspect of those services.

7. No content warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Sly Panorama maintains his principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in that state, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action.

12. Free document tools

The Site offers free, browser-based document tools at slypanorama.com/tools — including a §2257 record-keeping form generator, a model release, a multi-party model rights agreement (exclusive to one owner or shared between two or more performers), a BDSM scene-consent form, and a downloadable scene-tracking spreadsheet. These tools run entirely in your browser; nothing you enter, upload, or sign is transmitted to, processed by, or stored by us.

The tools and every document or spreadsheet they produce are provided as informational templates only. They are not legal advice and do not create a lawyer–client relationship. We make no warranty that any generated document is complete, accurate, or sufficient for your jurisdiction or your circumstances. You are solely responsible for reviewing any document with qualified counsel before relying on it, for the truthfulness of the information you enter, and for meeting any record-keeping obligations the law imposes on you (including, where applicable, 18 U.S.C. § 2257). The "as is" disclaimer in Section 7 and the limitation of liability in Section 8 apply fully to these tools and their output.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page; continued use of the Site after that date constitutes acceptance.
