Ongoing-consent acknowledgements This form is scene preparation, not a substitute for verbal consent during the scene itself. Every person on set retains the right to call the safeword and stop any activity at any time, for any reason or no reason. Hard limits are not negotiable mid-scene. "Discuss first" items are off the table until both parties have agreed verbally on the day of the scene. Nothing in this form is a license to ignore the safeword or to continue after a slow-down word has been called.

What is a BDSM consent form for?: It maps what each person on set has agreed to in advance: which activities are in, which need a conversation first, which are absolute hard noes, and what the safeword is.
Does signing this mean I can't stop the scene?: No. The safeword always wins. Nothing in this form overrides ongoing verbal consent during a scene.
