Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Sly Panorama ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit slypanorama.com (the "Site"). It also explains your choices and rights regarding that information.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Booking / contact form submissions. If you submit a form, we receive the fields you fill in (such as name, email, phone, social handles, and message body) and process them to respond to your request.

Information collected automatically

• Server and request logs. Our hosting provider records standard log data (IP address, user agent, request time, requested URL, response status) for operational and security purposes.
• Analytics (with consent). When you accept the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate Site usage. Google may set cookies and process information per Google's Privacy Policy .
• Anti-spam (reCAPTCHA). Forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which collects device and behavioral signals to assess whether a request is human. Use is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. How we use information

• to operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
• to respond to your messages and booking inquiries;
• to measure aggregate usage and improve the Site (only with your consent);
• to detect and prevent fraud and abuse;
• to comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who process information on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, analytics, reCAPTCHA) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations;
• Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect rights, safety, and property;
• In the event of a business transfer (sale, merger, or reorganization), to the acquirer, subject to this Policy.

4. Cookies and tracking

The Site uses two categories of cookies:

• Strictly necessary cookies for security and core functionality (CSRF token, session, your cookie-banner choice). These do not require consent.
• Analytics cookies set by Google Analytics. These are loaded only after you accept via the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing, and the right to object. Residents of the EEA, UK, and California have rights under GDPR / UK GDPR and the CCPA respectively.

To exercise any right, email privacy@slypanorama.com from the address on file. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30 days under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA).

6. Data retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Booking-form submissions are retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable follow-up window. Server logs are retained per our hosting provider's defaults (typically 30 days).

7. International transfers

The Site is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.

8. Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Site, contact privacy@slypanorama.com and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information (TLS in transit, access controls, hardened content-security policy). No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top.

11. Free paperwork tools at /tools

The free paperwork tools published at slypanorama.com/tools — the §2257 form generator, model release, model agreement, and BDSM consent form — run entirely in your browser. Everything you type, upload (including ID images for the §2257 tool), and sign stays on the device that generated the PDF. The site does not see, log, store, transmit, or process any of it. The output PDF is built client-side and downloaded directly from your browser; it is never uploaded to any server, Sly Panorama's or otherwise. The site analytics tracks only page views and CTA clicks; the form-field contents and ID images never appear in any tracker payload.
